Frances A. Chuba, RDH, BS Boston-native Frances Chuba is a 28-year resident of Alamo, California. A member of the Alamo-Danville Artists’ Society, The California Watercolor Association, The Transparent Watercolor Society of America, the Santa Cruz Art League, and the Livermore Art Association, Ms. Chuba works primarily in watercolors. Frances initially worked with acrylics but soon discovered the challenges and vibrancy of watercolors. A graduate of Columbia University and a practicing dental hygienist, Ms. Chuba combines her love of watercolors and the dentition in many of her painting themes – smile design portraits and hand portraits as well as the details found in close-ups of flowers. Ms. Chuba is also a member of The Screen Actor’s Guild. She has performed background work in many of the San Francisco Bay Area produced Robin Williams movies, Eddie Murphy movies, Holly Hunter’s Copycat, and Don Johnson’s Nash Bridges TV series. Last May, at age 58, Fran successfully completed the Wildflower Olympic Distance Triathlon held in Monterey, California in five hours eleven minutes. She and her husband, Dan, are parents of two adult sons. Contact Information: angelina521@yahoo.com or FAX: 925-360-4620 Please click below for links to Fran's fine art!
